Ingredients
150g Green Beans (preferably thin ones)
A pinch of salt
Red Miso & Sesame Sauce
2 teaspoons Carwari Organic Red Miso
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Hulled White Sesame Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Honey
2 teaspoons water
Instruction
-Slightly toast Hulled White Sesame Seeds in a frying pan. After cool down, grind the sesame seeds coarsely.
-Mix the toasted ground sesame seeds and other sauce ingredients together. Stir well.
-Boil a pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Boil the green beans 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
-Dress the cooked green beans in the sauce.
*This sauce also matches well with other green vegetables such as Broccoli.
