Ingredients
450g cans of Chickpeas, drained
2 Tablespoons Carwari Black Tahini
2 Tablespoons Carwari Black Extra Virgin Sesame Oil
4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin (Optional)
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until the mixture is smooth.
Adjust the taste with lemon juice, salt and ground cumin.
