Ingredients
100g Carwari Raw Cashew
10 Dried Apricots (50-60g)
10g Desiccated Coconut
1.5 Tablespoons Carwari Coconut Oil
1.5 Tablespoons Carwari Agave Nectar
1.5 Tablespoons Carwari Tahini White Hulled
20g Carwari Sesame Seeds White Hulled for decoration
Method
1. Process cashews, dried apricots in a food processor until finely chopped.
2. Add other ingredients except sesame seeds and process until well mixed.
3. Make cubes and decorate with sesame seeds on top.
