Apple Crumble - Sesame & Almond (Gluten-Free)


4 - 5 servings

Ingredients

4 Apples - Core removed and chopped

15ml Agave Nectar

1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

(Crumbles)

20g Almond Meal

15g Coconut Sugar

30g Carwari Maple Almond - crushed

1.5 to 2 Tablespoons Carwari Coconut Oil - melted

A pinch of Sea Salt

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2 Put the apples, agave nectar and cinnamon powder into a microwave safe dish and cover with cling wrap. Cook in the microwave oven for 5 minuets or until soften.

3. Put all of the crumble mixture except 10g crushed Maple Almond into a bowl and combine well.

4. Put the cooked apples in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture. Then sprinkle 10g crushed maple almonds on top.

5. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

6. Serve warm with some ice cream or coconut yogurt. (Optional)
