Ingredients
160g Bread Flour
3g Dry Yeast
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
150ml Luke Warm Water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in bowl of stand mixer with dough hook attached. Mix with very slow speed for 1 minute then knead with medium slow speed for 10 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic.
Cover with plastic wrap or a damp tea bowl and leave the dough to rise. It takes about 1 hour at warm place.
Take out the dough from the bowl with a scraper on floured surface. Punch down the dough then divide into 4 portions and shape into balls.
Place the dough onto a baking sheet on an oven tray and sprinkle them with extra flour. With a sharp knife, score the top of the rolls, if desired. Then Set aside for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200C fan forced. Use steam setting if If your oven has the function.
Bake the rolls for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
