Black Sesame Tuiles (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

This is very simple sweets but morrish. You can feel a subtle sesame flavour once you put it in your mouth.


10-15 Tuiles


Ingredients

50g (Dairy-free)Vegan Margarine (soften with room temperature)

50g Raw Caster Sugar or Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons Aquafaba (Liquid from cooked chickpeas)

1 Tablespoon Potato Starch

A pinch of Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 140 - 150 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until the mixture until well combine or mix in a food processor.

  3. Spread the mixture 1-2mm thin to 10cm diameter round shape or your favourite shape with a palette knife on a baking paper which is lined on a baking tray.

  4. Bake them for 7-10 minutes. Remove and shape them quickly.
