150g Sashimi grade Salmon - cut into 1cm cubes
1/2 Avocado (50-60g) - cut into 1cm cubes
(Garnish)
Chives
Method
Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with extra amount of the dipping sauce (flakes & oils) and chives.
