Ingredients
250g Tuna - Seared both side and sliced
1/4 Onion - sliced thinly, soaked in cold water and drained
Salad leaves
(Dressing*)
1/2 teaspoon Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Red
(Garnish)
Carwari Organic Hulled Sesame Seeds - Lightly toasted
*To simplify the dressing preparation, you can use Carwari Organic Ponzu and Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Red.
Method
Cook tuna and prepare for the vegetables.
Make the dressing. Mix all of the dressing ingredients and stir well.
Place the sliced tuna and the vegetables on a serving plate and pour the dressing. Garnish with the sesame seeds.
