Ingredients
100ml Coconut Milk (or other plant based milk)
1 small Mango (Mango cheek flesh) - cut into small cubes
Instructions
Mix Mulberry Matcha and 1 tablespoon of coconut milk together until it becomes paste.
Add a half amount of Yuzu Spread into the Mulberry Matcha paste and mix well. Then add the rest of Yuzu Spread and stir well.
Pour the rest of coconut milk and stir until the mixture is well combined.
Place mango cubes into lolly mould and fill with the Yuzu Coconut Mulberry Matcha mixture. Tap the filled mould on table and get rid of air inside of the mould.
Insert the lolly sticks and freeze at least 4 hours. Just before you serve take out the lollies from the mould.
